As Product Manager for Architectural Lighting products, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders to realize our product strategy and vision. This starts at concept and runs through the entire life cycle of products - including development, market introduction and discontinuation.

 

This exciting position requires organization, self-motivation and strong relationship building within an inter-disciplinary global team, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing functions.

 

Full Time  Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm and Friday 7:30am-11:30am. 

Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation & PTO.

Salary: $90,000 - 140,000 / Year

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or Lighting-related field or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Minimum 4 years Lighting Product Management experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of indoor and outdoor architectural lighting industry and manufacturing.
  • Understands and evaluates lighting layouts and luminaire performance metrics as well as manufacturing blueprints and schematics.
  • Positive attitude to contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Highly effective at relationship building and maintenance.
  • Able to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Together with senior management and global Selux PM team, create and execute our product vision and strategy.
  • Ensure commercial success of the product ranges through product life cycle management.
  • Understand market demands, technology trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Lead product roadmaps, pricing strategy and product launches through influence and collaboration;
  • Coordinate the creation, proofing, and updating of Product Marketing documentation including specification sheets, installation instructions, and photometry files.
  • Track and report on product performance indicators.
  • Schedule, create, and implement internal product training.
  • Assist organization with technical project management for key specifiers and projects.
  • Continue education to update knowledge on regular basis.
